The short version
If you fill in the Missed Call Audit form, we collect your business name, your name, your phone number, your email address, your website if you give us one, and the challenge you picked from the list. Those details go into our customer relationship management system so we can prepare your audit and contact you about it. We do not sell your information to anybody. If you want it deleted, email us and we will delete it.
What we collect
The only information this website asks you for is what you type into the Missed Call Audit form:
- Your business name
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- Your website address (optional)
- The biggest challenge you selected from the dropdown
Our web host records standard server information when any website is visited, such as the IP address the request came from and the page requested. We use that to keep the site running and to stop abuse of the form, not to build a profile of you.
This site does not run advertising trackers, analytics cookies or third-party embeds. If that ever changes, this page will be updated before it does.
What we do with it
What you submit is received by Infinity Rift LLC and, if you choose to book a time, by our scheduling provider (Cal.com) and video-meeting provider (Zoom) to set up that call. We use it to prepare the audit you asked for and to get back to you about it.
You will be contacted. By submitting the form you are asking us to get in touch, and we will — by phone, text message or email, using the details you gave us. Message and data rates may apply to texts. You can tell us to stop at any time by replying STOP to a text, by using the unsubscribe link in an email, or by calling or emailing us directly, and we will stop.
We do not use your information to make any decision about credit, insurance, employment or housing, and we do not provide legal, financial or credit advice.
Who else sees it
We do not sell your information, and we do not rent, trade or share it with other companies for their own marketing.
It is handled by the service providers we use to run the business — our website host, our customer relationship management system, and the email and telephony providers we use to reach you. They process it on our instructions so that we can do what you asked. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as we are working together, and afterwards for as long as we need them for our records and to meet our tax and legal obligations. If you were never a client and you ask us to delete your details, we will.
Getting your information deleted
Email ethan@infinityrift.com with the subject line “Delete my information”, or write to us at the address below, and tell us which business the details belong to. You can also ask us for a copy of what we hold about you or ask us to correct something that is wrong. We will act on the request and confirm when it is done. There is no charge.
Security and children
This site is served over an encrypted connection and access to our customer relationship management system is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise — so please do not send us passwords, card numbers, social security numbers or bank details through the form. We will never ask for them there.
This website is for businesses. It is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
